The shop's owner nad designer, Mr. Phan Tran Khanh is originally from Hanoi. This may explain the wonderful attention to detail and distinctive designs; embroidered with traditional patterns following styles of the north. Mr. Khanh has created elegant and classic fashions using silk, particularly Ha Dong ans Quang Nam silks, with their trademark soft, smooth texture.

Established since 1998, T&M nad Creation pride themselves on bringing "refinement to people" and are considered to be some of the best quality and reputable silk outlets in town. They are well-known for their made-to-order and ready-made clothes, shoes, sandals, bags and scarves, decorated with embroidered and beaded patterns. Clothes cost from around VND 450,000 - 6,000,000; beaded silk scarves, shoes and sandals start from around VND 300,000.
